Annual Convention - Hotel and Travel Information
The SAIA 2017 Annual Convention & Exposition will take place at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montréal. This is one of Montreal’s most iconic landmarks and is undergoing a $140 million transformation. The hotel will feature a brand-new design blending contemporary décor with a vintage flair and will reopen in June 2017, just in time for Montréal’s 375th Anniversary celebration and our arrival for the Annual Convention.
SAIA has negotiated a special room rate of $205/night for Fairmont rooms and $235/night for Fairmont View rooms for all meeting attendees. Rooms will only be held until Wednesday, June 28 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and higher rates may apply.
